1. General Policy
All ticket purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation terms mentioned below. By purchasing a ticket through our platform, you agree to these conditions.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
Customers will receive a 100% refund of the ticket amount.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Event Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the period specified by the organizer.
Refund eligibility will depend on the organizer’s policy.
4. Customer Cancellation
Unless specifically mentioned on the event page:
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event or date.
Partial refunds are not available.
5. Duplicate Bookings
If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets:
Contact us within 24 hours of booking.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed after verification.
6. Technical Issues
If a booking fails but payment has been deducted:
Please contact our support team.
After payment verification, your ticket will be issued or the payment will be refunded.
7. No Show
Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund.
8. Organizer Changes
Event schedules, performers, speakers, venue details, or program timings may change without prior notice.
Such changes generally do not qualify for a refund unless the organizer specifically announces one.
9. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Severe weather
Strikes
Pandemic-related restrictions
Security concerns
Refund decisions in such situations will depend on the organizer’s policy.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
5–10 Business Days
The actual credit timeline depends on your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.
11. Service Charges
Platform fees, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or stated by the organizer.
12. Ticket Transfer
Unless permitted by the event organizer:
Tickets are non-transferable.
Tickets cannot be resold through unauthorized channels.
